The following Presidents invoked executive privledge Nixon 6X, Bush 6X, and Clinton 14 Xs. These gunwalking debacles also occurred during the Bush presidency! Bump Lonna! The explotation of this agent for political gain is deplorable!! Shame on anyone who would use this for political gain knowing the otherside did the samething!

BS Lonna. Wide receiver was a totally different op and one that was closely managed and no weapons ever got out of anyone's control. Fast & Furious was completely under Obama. The only reason it was stopped was after Agent Terry was murdered and one of the ATF agents talked. Ever since then it has been tried to be covered up. This is not something that just happened out of the blue in an election year like one Democrat claimed. What HAS 'just happened' out of the blue is Obama giving amnesty by Executive Order to illegals!

The way the ATF agent's death is being exploited for political spins is disgusting and manish. The inception of this clusterphuck of an idea "wide receiver" was in 2006 under an administration that acted Fast and Furious when it came to decisions where Americans would lose their lives! Gunwalking, Really? I'm MORE then Glad the O.Admin. put an end to that failed Operation. The what, %18-20 percent of Guns recovered where at freak'n crime scenes, the only winners were the Gun Shops who Made over a Million Dollars in Sales. (that was in Arizona Alone)

This is terrible corruption yet the Mainstream media ignores it and says this is just Politics!

This is NOT political,this IS CRIMINAL! Tell me how Obama exerts Executive Privilege over documents that he supposedly had no knowledge of? If none of these documents were generated in the White House then how and Executive Privilege have anything to do with this?
It is nothing more than the President of the United States using a quasi-legal move, (I say quasi-legal as it is NOT in the constitution nor is it spelled out as a Presidential Privilege but an action that has been upheld in the LOWER courts), to prevent Congress from finding Holder in Contempt of Congress. Previously the lower courts had only extended this 'privilege' to documents created by the President or originated by the President's Staff with his knowledge and written permission on his behalf. If Obama had no knowledge of this, then how can he claim Executive Privilege? One Congressman has asked that very question!
Holder is a criminal in many ways and in this instance what he did trying t cause an uproar to get firearms banned in the US resulted in nothing more than the death of at least one if not two or maybe even more US Federal Agents!
