I Wonder if amongst the chaos, if anybody actually checked to see if the couple was drinking. It is a Sports Venue. These Venues, and companies that contract out must hold multimillion dollar Insurance policies b/c they have to cover a high volume of patrons. Think they'll settle quick, but not without consequence to the Patrons and the staff that may get cutback depending upon how bad the Lawsuit is.

By extension, she would also sue the manufacturer of her car because there is no sign warning her of the danger of dangling her child by one foot out the window while traveling 60 mph.

As most of you have already said, this will probably be settled quietly with cash. However, there are times when you need to take a stand, and I truly believe this is one of them. Let the mom be shown publicly for the negligent person she really is, and let her face criminal charges, too !!!!!
