Mistakes like this should not ever happen! Obtaining a search warrant for and entering someone's home is a serious matter that should only be done when there is 100% certainity that the correct house is hit.

I compare this to a Doctor operating on the wrong part of the body, only in this case Officer's and innocent peoples lives are at stake.

Apologies need to be made, policies & procedures reviewed, and heads need to roll. This could have ended tragically...

Did I get it right? She was in cuffs before they realized they had the wrong house. Good thing no one was hurt. This easily could have turned tragic.
