The child was taken to a hospital in Victoria, Texas. There are plans to convene a Grand Jury according to the prosecutor. It appears to be a 'justifiable homicide". God Bless Texas.....
They better not charge him since he did the right thing. Any father walking in on that would have done what he did. Even if they go about charging him, he can just use temporary insanity as a justifiable defense. No jury will convict him anyway. I'll bet the scumbag's relatives will sue the father in civil court for violating some civil rights or other or not calling the police. Every father of an underage sexual assault victim should get 30 minutes with the assailant in a room after the conviction, no charges.
Good! THAT's justice served and administered by he aggrieved party. I really hope the Grand Jury come back with a 'No Bill' on him but even if they do ,I do not think any jury, especially in Texas, would ever convict him.

Hoping the victim will be OK ( probably will need some counselling, and I hope she gets it ). Molester took his chances, and lost. Oh, well .....

Justice was swift and sure for this lowlife. I hope that they will not charge the father for his justified actions.
