IMO, I don't think it's too much to ask that people that receive welfare payments agree not to violate the law by taking illegal drugs.
Tides are turning when the left coast is starting to cut social programs! Maybe there is hope!

I think it should be titled, California is pushing their Welfare to Work Program. Before I actually read the article, I was saying Damn, their just starting this?
