I am sorry if that sounded rude. It was not meant to be like NO ROBO!!!!!! LOL, I was just informing you what the PO's must do in every case.

No Robo...Probation officer's must send out victim letter's to the victim(s) in every case. They are not on Probation, but PO's must reach out to them. They were unable to reach the victim and did not show up to Court; therefore, no status on their condition could be given.

Okay, did I read this right? An off-duty officer crashed head on into another vehicle driven by a civilian female. Along come Long who is an off-duty Deputy who is also drunk and runs into the other two vehicles! The Cop goes to jail for 270 days and this female Deputy goes to jail for 180 but the victim does not show up at trial and nobody really knows why because the 'victim' is on probation herself and her PO does not know where she is? What a mess!
Okay, Lying, Liquor, and Ladies will get your badge. Looks like two former LEOs were drinking and driving and while not said it is implied that they were "together".

Not a good situation for either off-duty officer or deputy.
