True, firepoliceangl25. I'm not saying she wasn't mistreated. If she can prove what's been alleged she'll certainly get a payday--but Allred's approach is distasteful. Sexual harassment could be provable here, but the only point of this "too sexy" charge is publicity...which I suppose is the point. An out of court settlement could be just the ticket here.

Honestly anything is possible not saying thats what this company did but when i worked in assisted living facility we had the most bubbly receptionist you could be sad and you could just instantly cheer up with her being around. Everyone loved her employees residents families. When we got new management she was fired for being too toxic to enviroment didnt make any sense. As employee working what ive seen residents depressed you need to have that personality to keep seniors smiling.
Just saying some people are mistreated it happens thats all.

She worked there for a week, then was terminated. First off, did the company hire her without seeing her?? How was she dressed when she interviewed for the job?

On the other hand, she's 29 and just getting this job? What was her employment prior to this? How many jobs has she had?

Gotta love the media hounds and "Gonna get rich" attornies!!

    And I agree with mz66.

Look--I know no matter how I phrase this I will upset someone, so here goes nothing:

I found a picture of this lady. She isn't all that. I'm not saying she's ugly, but to claim someone fired her for being "too hot" is literally begging the question: bleached blonde, Tammy Faye Bakker style make-up, generous chin. And ladies--makeup makes you look OLDER...which is fine when you're under 20, but I imagine is not the look you're going for after you hit 25.
