The infants had to suffer through this, and may later have to endure painful surgery(s). I don't even think a Court Appointed would even want to rep this POS. Fussy Infants should be music to a parents ears, this Sommers guy must be a close relative to Satan himself.

Had I not been a Police Officer and Deputy Sheriff for some twenty seven years I would say this is beyond belief.Nothing, but noting surprises me en re to how humans treat one another. In another culture or era I believe it would be appropriate to ban this father to an island ,by himself, for the remainder of his natural life.

Many babies are wriggly during a diaper change. Many are calm and even assist by 'helping' as one lifts. As far as a two month old - pretty much a moot point. They are tiny.
These breaks did not result from ordinary frustration. And most everyone knows child abuse is often an extension of spousal abuse - a way of striking at the wife. Alcohol often plays a role in domestic violence/child abuse. It's a mixed bag.
Absolutely no excuses to be made for the mother's role. She had only to hear her infants' cries, see the swelling, etc. to judge and act appropriately. If he had been my husband, I personally would have made him rue the day he was born.

All of my children are or were extremely active when attempting to change a diaper. NEVER have I been so frustrated so as to cause harm to either one of them. There is no possible way to explain this away. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of reaction to what is normal behavior for a two month old child. Maybe someone ought to twist the legs of this coward like a pretzel to the point of breaking both of his legs and see just how he likes hearing his own screams as they SNAP, CRACKLE and POP!!!!! Ahhhh, but yes........ Even this piece of fecal matter has his rights and know that he will be screaming for every one of them. Mom also sounds like she is living in a state of denial, believing that her P!$$ P00R excuse of a man is capable of such behavior.
May God grant these children with the blessing of having hosts of people fight for their rights and keep them forever away from the hands of these rat b@st@rds.

Be interested to know over how long a course of time this guy was using twisting force in diaper changes. What? As in, had a few drinks again, furious and - WHAM - "I don't know why they're crying like that! Next time YOU change them!"
Two month old infants. That is tiny. Probably crying out of fear right from the start. From the looks of it, the babies were trying to keep their legs away from the monster.
Some people have no business having children. I hope the triplets and their siblings continue to heal in calm, loving arms.

SuzanneNGa, A couple possible scenarios for this POS are, if he's in general population or PC another convict (who might have a young daughter) could choke him through the cell bars...or he might be in the path of other predators who will intimidate and terrorize him until he is beaten down psychologically into submission only to be "turned out" and passed around.
