Dropped "Super Drunk" Charge Against Mother Appealed

Not much to go on based on the article. However, it does say she has a clean record. I doubt she'll see any time for this even if they charge her with endangering the welfare of her children. It doesn't mention additional charges other than the "super drunk" charge. This occurred over a year ago so it may be too late for additional charges that haven't been filed.

What difference does it make she had her kids in the car, she's 5 times the legal limit, charge ehr with endangering the welfare of her children, she needs to serve some time.
