2 held in Tulsa Shootings

One white, one Native American. The Native American named England is 20 and lost his fiancee in January and they have a child together, he also lost his father who was shot by a B/M who he caught trying to break into his daughters home. They scuffled and Carl England was shot in the chest and died. The suspect was caught and is currently serving six years in prison for a weapons violation! A weapons violation?! Why not serving life for murder in the commission of Burglary? Was he right, oh heck no and his accomplish is a 43 yr old room mate. The family and friends are saying he was not bigoted and that this isn't a racial thing but I think it is. maybe, just maybe he was shooting B/M's because he blamed them as a group and not because he blames black people in general, but what about his room mate? He certainly was not afflicted with these serious mental and emotional problems. Both should go to jail for life, sorry.
