Lonna you forgot to mention that the City of Passaic will also charge residence for handicapped parking spots in front of there houses and they want to charge bartenders and waitress a licensing fee. You are also correct on the property taxes, they have lost millions from house in Passaic Park being turned into houses of worship and not paying taxes.

Passaic Counties Hasidic Community: I respect one's beliefs, religions and beside from the few uptights I found some Hasidics to be rather pleasant and our children have played together at Parks some even allowing their children to Pet my two rescued dogs.
However, my question is this.... Why does every Tax Free Family have a Mother with 3-6 kids covered by NJ Medicaid when the Value of your home's are hitting the Million and above Mark?
That said, It's not very hard to tell where Gaps are so why tax the Legal Tax Paying Homeowners in Passaic NJ for a Medical or Fire Emergency beyond their control. Sheesh.

IMO, Passaic NJ's (Not Passaic County) is a Portal for Immigrants and a lot of them are undocumented. The other Portion (Mostly Passaic Park within Pasaic) is Operated and practically owned by Hacidics who Provide Emergency Services for ONLY each other. They can garner that $200,000.00 simply by critiquing many undocumented workers on Main Ave Alone inconjuction with spotting All the Tax Breaks from the Hacidic Communities who are living like Kings and own the Most Expensive Multi-Million Dollar Homes in the town of Passaic(Park).
