I can't disagree with gradyg. The GOP candidate with the least amount of baggage to ridicule, Jon Huntsman, dropped out. Ron Paul doesn't have a prayer. Unless some billionaire (thanks a lot SCOTUS for the Citizens United decision!) who is beloved by all (I don't know anybody like that, do you?) enters the race as a third-party candidate, voting for anybody but Obama in the general election is a sure sign you have issues.
Romney's as well as the other republican candidates every time they open their mouths they put their own foot in it, they are a joke and that's the best the republicans have to run against President Obama. I'm saying right here anybody who votes for those jokers need their head examine I will rather live four more years under Obama because atleast he has an idea those other jokers don't have a clue, they are clueless they can not even tell a lie with a straight face and morally they have none. The republican party have lost the women vote with the mess they are saying about women rights, they are trying to set women rights back 50 years. Anybody but Obama right, I don't think so.
I question the "ABO people"'s motives. "ABO" doesn't sound like it's just that you don't like his politics.
Would you vote for a man who thinks it's okay to transport his dog for hundreds of miles in a kennel on the roof of his car? How about one who, after the dog has defecated all over himself in terror, takes him out, washes him off, and puts him back up on the roof for another road trip? How about one who, after being called out on this, defends his actions and claims the dog enjoys it? That's Romney.
He's just trying to ride his Dad's coat tails from 50 years ago when his Dad was Govenor here. He'll never be able to relate to the working class in Michigan. The ads are so stupid showing him growing up here with his family. Home movies, you know. I live here in Michigan and he SHOULD be embarrassed to even think he could fill Ford Field. Why would you ever pick such a huge venue??
Amen and bump to everybody here.D.C. I have always called Disgusting City, lived there for three years. It's nothing more than Hollywood East, full of empty suits. This is going to sound unpatriotic ,but my wife and I haven't voted since 2000.Both and I mean both political parties have gone out of their way for many years to nominate, for president, anybody who has no concept whatsoever what he is doing and doesn't give a dog cr&p about serving their constituents.Could you imagine a politician serving a human being rather than a political action committee?I can't.

As a Conservative, I find much of what Romney has to say to be flat. Article may get more attention in the Politics forum!
