Sounds like these little hoodlums got away with it as they were just turned over to their parents? The chances are the parents either do not care, are like that themselves, or cannot believe their little darling could possibly do that and the cops are lying about what happened! I do hope and pray that I am wrong and at least one or more of the parents will take command of the situation and ensure that they learned their lesson about authority, respect, and kindness. Kinda doubt it though

It says she was arrested in the title and in the article, released to her parents. Sounds like she may have been issued a citation / summons. No, what that means in the town of Lorain, Ohio......... who knows?
