Not all jails have Deputies working there. Due to budget cuts and liabilities, many are staffed with Detention Officers who are not Certified Peace Officers so any arrests and charges will have to be done by Patrol Deputies.

am i missing something? they had to call the police to come INSIDE the jail to arrest; basically someone who was still a inmate. i don't get it.

WTF.........They had to call the POLICE to remove the idiot from lock-up?
I guess the staff running the jail has no control, waste of resources!!
