    What we have here is a spoiled rich brat with a restricted drivers license. He refuses to stop for the police and runs home to daddy. In the US he would have been locked up for fleeing and eluding. Guess he figures his poo don't stink and he can do what ever he wants. Lock his sorry behind up and if his father sticks his nose in lock him up too.
