The "Klan with a tan"? LOL I love it as that does pretty much describe what the NAACP is now. LOL! Issues like this maybe should be looked at by people who do not know the race of either of the individuals to keep prejudice and bigotry completely out of the issue. That means no names, addresses, or ANYTHING that may make someone think they know what race an individual is. Race should NEVER be an issue! Neither should one's social standing or wealth or lack thereof. JUST the plain facts which would mean the reports would need to have quite a bit redacted. Then maybe, just maybe you could render a decision that would be fair.

Would this "civilian" review panel be this adamant about terminating the officer if the "victim" were another color? 17 years of "urban policing" experience tells me I doubt it. Once again the good ole' NAACP ( the klan with a tan) chimes in and agrees with the conclusion of termination, although admittedly, they haven't reviewed the "investigation". Things that make you go hmmmmm!!
