I've heard of some inane and ludicrous events in my life and this is mose certainly one of the tops. The attorney AND his client have evidently been doing way too much ditch weed and/or mushroom tea.If the judge is competent he will bash both of them in the skull with his gavel when he dismisses this case.

This POS if awarded (which I doubt) anything should have any dollar amount converted to years and added to his sentence and his sister should get whatever her percentage of his award converted to years and sentenced with him. Unbelieveable!

According to the article, it would seem that this guy has NEVER been held to take responsibility for his action. This guy (Belniak) causes a collision that takes the lives of three people who were simply minding their own business and legally stopped when the vehicle Belniak was driving slams into the back of the stopped vehicle, resulting in their deaths. Now he wants to claim pain, suffering, mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life and for the payment of medical bills that he is responsible for. What a crock!!! What about the pain, suffering, mental anguish and the loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life for the families of the REAL VICTIMS? What about the complete loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life the the REAL VICTIMS have now incurred due to their deaths as a result of the direct actions of Belniak? I hope the judge in this case thorws out the case and his claim and sanctions his attorney / sister who is representing him, enabling him and having the un-mitigating gall to bring such a frivolous suit of this nature into court.

Once again a lawyer proves why we think they are snakes. A scum bag who should have gotten life if he didn't is now doing this. The judge should throw out the suit, file for a judicial review of the attorney, and i wish there was some type of sanction the judge could levy aginst the scum bag

The judge should throw out the lawsuit and the POS lawyer should lose his law license for even taking such case.

This dirtbag and his lawyer both deserve life behind bars - him for his crime, and the lawyer for sheer aggravated stupidity.

And Lawyers wonder why they are hated. This is stupid and hopefully will not get anywhere in a court of law.

I had to do a double take when I saw this in the news feed...and I still don't believe it. It's like a murdering gunman suing the victim he killed because they "intentionally stood in front of the bullet". Is this what the world has come to? And I thought the lady suing McDonalds because she spilled coffee on herself.

Did this lawyer get her degree from a box of candy, a complaint should be filed against her for filing this garbage.
