TC! Love ya, Man! I stand by my last post. Good arguement but there is still no comparision in my opinion. I too believe as you do when we engage in a war or our involvement in a another nations affairs. America should follow through. However, we began a war built on lies. Nam was ours for the taking and politics and BS ended the lives and mission of so many brave Americans to include some of my family members. I just cannot wrap myself around continuing to fight for what is not right. Back in the day, as a young and uninformed soldier, I went where I was told and did what I was told, but now as a older informed retired soldier. My train of thought is different. I must agree to disagree. Be safe my friend and God bless you, our military, America, and all you and I love!!!
TC, I hear ya, and respect your opinion! However, I feel we do not have an obligation to any country that has taken the lives of our most precious resources. Our young men and women were led to slaughter on lies. We are out and should not go back. There is no comparison to Vietnam. We were not allowed to win that war. American Vets from that war were treated like criminals and we lost over 58,000 brave AMERICANS! The wounded numbers are off the charts! I encounter many homeless vets from that war and hopefully we will do better with the vets from these two wars.

Is the super bowl the appropriate place for radical political messages to be flown from the sky? That is the point of the article. Impeaching a president is a serious action that should require pertinent evidence that relatively neutral individuals would see as legitimate. The message is radical. Some activities should be free of extreme political messages that are not consistent with the event's original purpose.
Frankly my friends I don't believe either party goes out of their way to select the best man to lead our nation.and hasn't for decades.I would just as soon see banners flying to impeach congress, the senate and the supreme court and make P.A.C's illegal.Cut the salaries of all these fools in half and make the next stimulas packages go directly to the citizens, not corrupt businesses and incompetent bankers.

We never should have been in Iraq! We are pretty quick to send and keep people where they never should have been. How many of you have been to war or have children involved in one. My son deployed to Iraq and came home, Thank God for that! Now in eight days he will deploy to afghanistan. This is the place we should have been since 911. Not sent to defend this country based on a bunch of BS! For those who think we should still be in Iraq pack your chit and head over there!
TC is right. We pulled troops out of Iraq too soon AND we should have probably have divided that country into three sections as Northern, Western and Eastrn Iraq, established a working Government in each favorable to the US and then and only then pulled out. Iran really is chomping at the bit waiting to take over Iraq
He had to do something positive to save face and VOTES since Guantanamo is still open. Not to mention less than a year before Election time. What perfect strategy!

I'm not crazy about Obama getting re-elected. He hasn't done much and hasn't brought the "Change" he talked so much about. I do have to give him kudos for getting our soldiers out of Iraq, though.
We would be better off with an empty seat for all the "IRREPARABLE HARM THIS IDIOT COMMUNIST HAS DONE TO THIS COUNTRY" ! Rememberer that all retired police are on the Terrorist Watch List along with anyone having served in the Military .
