Bump GIOSTORM. I am so tired of people using this as an excuse. White people themselves are racists, period. White Police Officers are especially racist and all Police Officers are the most racist of all including Black, Brown, Yellow, Red, etc. because they are trying to 'fit in' I really wish everyone could figure out that cops really don't give a rip what anyone's race is. A bad guy is a bad guy, period.

I guess people don't understand the law of statistics. Simple if you're in an area with a high minority population, you're gonna catch a high number of minorities breaking the law. It's just that simple.

Tell me, if the area of enforcement is 96% Hispanic (just for the sake of argument as there are other ethnic communities in Los Angeles like Chinatown / Korea-town) and the numbers of traffic stops equate to about the same or less, how is it racial profiling? What a load of fecal matter.

Tell me what PD doesn't racial profile, they have always viewed non-whites as criminals even black police officers do it, it's normal in law enforcement.
