charges were just dropped against a border patrol agent who was accused of sexual assault. it wasn't true.

That's a good way to get her charges drop, this isn't the first and it will not be the last time that an police officer is accused of doing stuff like this. It's her word against his and a judge will decide the out come.

I would ask everyone to withhold condemnation of this officer until after the investigation / court case is complete. If he is proven to be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law, then we can all bury him under the city jail. Until that day arrives though, he is entitled to the presumption of innocence just like every other American citizen.

WOW! If this is true, he not only threw away 38 yrs service, But also his integrity, and Honor.
You can never get that back, very sad.
This will be yet another case for the public to pick apart and use to become even more anti- police.

No real info here, just an accusation. I would need actual video on his dash cam or in car cam to believe a 64 yr old Officer with 38 yrs of service would do something like this. I guess it is possible but still, I need proof, and not just a female saying he did that. Just makes no sense.
