TC........ It was a "PRE-TRIAL HEARING"
He hasn't gone to trial yet.

I don't know....... Maybe it's just me..... but it would seem to me that a little remorse in reference to the crime he is charged with and respect for the judge and his courtroom would potentially go a long way for this piece of fecal matter. But them we are talking about a guy who shook the kr@p out of a baby because he was incapable of showing any restraint.
Then there is this....... http://www.wlwt.com/r/26391343/detail.html I guess this type of behavior runs in the family.

The POS was "showboating"! He could have contempt of court fines and jail time added to his sentence....but as wisea**0282 said, "What does he care"! If he pulls this BS during trial, he can removed to a cell and the trial will continue in his absence or watch the proceedings from a video camera.

So What does he care, he's up for murder, what is the Judge going to do to him for contempt of Court. Heck we get cursed all the time and are told it is part of the Job.
