The publisher of yearbook as well as the adminstrators at the school in charge of the yearbook project should be the ones held accountable, if anyone should. As for making threats that anyone who does not turn in their yearbook possibly being charged with a crime? Seriously? SSU is right about common sense being uncommon. Sadly it seems not only the school but apparently the law enforcement officials in the area lack common sense.

I would think an adult would have had the authority and/or should have had the authority to delete said photo prior to said year book being released..As has been said many times "Common sence is no longer common">I might carry that a step forward and ask where morality has gone??
