Correction, friend of mine said it was 17 Avenue A, Ironbound section. I said,"in the Ironbound section?" He also looked stressed and shook his head and said "there's just not enough Cops" as Me, him and his GF discussed working in Newark NJ.

17th Ave ,The infamous Car Jack Capitol of Newark which is also the ave that Divides the two gangs called bloods and the Cripts. I'm glad the officer opted swift Justice, and wasn't injured.
