AMEN BROTHER, you did not back down when you were helping the victims of 9/11 when your actions couldd have ended your life, YOU HAVE STONES BROTHER and my RESPECT!! There is nothing to fear from these idiots. Hang in there I am behind you 100%. You are a true Hero and I would be proud (as should they) to have you living in my community and flying that flag!! I refuse to live where there is a HOA. I see neighborhoods that are DUMPS and the HOA won't even get the neighborhood plowed after a snow but cut your grass to short or paint your shutters without permission and theyy are all over you. GET BENT HOA, LEAVE OUR BROTHER ALONE!!!

Officer Wentz, give them hell Brother! I absolutely hate HOA's and think that they are given too much power. I lived in a neighborhood that was built up after I moved there and some got together and formed a HOA. They TOLD me that I was part of their HOA! I TOLD them to go f themselves as I was not, never have been, and it is not on my deed as the HOA did not exist when I bought my home. They filed a lien on my property for dues and as I did not know about it until I refinanced it came out of my loan, all nice and legal as I had not responded! I had time when I sold my home, (I hated the HOA that much!) and had the court rescind the next lien they tried to file and they had to go pound sand. Cost me nothing as i filed my refusal to the judge early enough so he could review the deed.
HOA's should NEVER have that much power as they WILL abuse it. These people that are 'elected' or appointed as in charge are often those people who were picked on since they were children and all the way until present time and now they are taking their revenge to order others around and exert their new-found authority.
Best of luck my brother and keep fighting. not a damn thing wrong with flying the flag(s) honoring the USA or American Heroes
