The officer deserves to take a serious hit for being that stupid, several weeks no pay at the very least. The trooper could have handled the stop better.

Ok. The officer probably should not have been going that fast. But I also think that putting him in handcuffs, while in uniform. I think that could be an officer safety issue. Thats all I got for this one.
