Being late for an extra job is no excuse for that speed. We have a duty to protect the public, and not place them in harm. I've see alot of poor judgement choices made on this night on both ends. It seems to me that both agencies have issues they need to address.

This woman is a nutcase, i can't believe some of you people think what she did was ok! you don't point your gun at someone for a traffic violation, especially another cop! She made the situation way more dangerous, she's lucky she didn't get that gun rammed up her ass! Note to FHP: don't screw up, you'll meet the same fate & get the same courtesy this terd trooper showed that officer!

Stupid move by the officer, especially driving in another county and going to an off-duty job at 120 mph...

I believe the lot of us are/have worked off-duty, however putting other lives in danger at 120 mph & no emergency equipment.. is uncalled for. Don't believe hand-cuffs were needed after confirmation of his status. Be Safe out there on all counts please.

Wow. That was very stupid of him to put everyone else on the road in danger like that for something off duty. It sounds like there is a pissing match going on here as well.

He should have been given a ticket and his supervisor should have immediately been notified and responded to the scene, preferably the night commander or whoever was the highest ranking Officer on duty. This idiot didn't even have on his emergency equipment! Not sure the handcuffs were called for though after she determined he was in fact a MDPD. This Officer needs to be suspended for a couple of weeks at the very least.

When I first watched this I was thinking WTH. But after learning the PO was doing 120 mph to a off-duty job & didn't stop for the Trooper, all I could say was what a big time screw up. Good luck with the department on this one.
