Interesting to note that they will keep him in prison for 4 more years for his drug trafficking charge, but he is released from his 1st degree murder charge. What a great government we have!

Pray that this waste of DNA dies before he breaths free air. The people of Minn need to remove this Commissioner Roy for him position as fast as they can! He thinks that this POS has redeemed himself because he was so good in prison? Of, let's not worry about him smuggling drugs awhile back.
