If this human zero needs to be released, let him live at Roy's house.
Not all perpetrators face the consequences of their actions in this world. The murderer shoud have been executed.
His having cancer changes what he did to Officer Walton how?
Lets hope that his cancer kills him before he gets out. Tom Roy needs to be removed from his position before the dirt bag does this again.
Let him out so he can kill another cop! That sure sounds logical to me. If judges in this country were more interested in maintaining the law than their careers maybe this stuff wouldn't happen as often.
Tom Roy is scum.
What the hell? What kind of message is this sending all the other scumbags? Now they will all believe that they can murder a police officer and get off with a smack on the hand. This is just completely unbelievable.
Unbelievable. Sometimes our justice system pisses me off. He's a killer, not a boy scout. What the hell does "good behavior" in prison have to do with the fact that he murdered an officer?
I don't give a hang that he's been a model prisoner. If he hadn't killed in the first place, he wouldn't have been in there AT ALL !!! Let him rot in prison til he dies ......
This is a case of the DOC not wanting to take on the burden of treating his disease, Myeloma. I will never be convinced differently. I pray he drops dead at the doorway to freedom.
I will soon be posting the details of another POS cop killer who is coming up for parole in March. I was 15 years old when it occurred and have written a letter every 4 years since to the Board of Parole and the Assistant DA handling the hearing, opposing this parole. Stand by and please join me in writing a letter to keep Emile Thompson in prison. Thanks!
