Guys sounds like he may have had a split Personality disorder, a "Sybil" of sorts. One Faux Vigilante with a Death wish, the other humbly complies with LEO he pointed laser at. Sounds like his superman Perscription must have went into a half-life or just wore off. Glad this officer is ok, but wonders why this man doesn't have more holes than a slice of Swiss??????

Glad the Deputy wasn't killed. The trouble with lazers is they not only light up the intended target but give away your location as well. This clown should be locked up for a while to teach him some manners.

I am very glad that this Deputy was not killed! What I do not understand is why he didn't immediately take cover and wait for back-up instead of walking up to the motor home and demanding the suspect surrender, all the while this red laser dot was on his chest! That is the stupidest thing I have heard of! That IS NOT brave, that is stupid! They should have depended on other units and LEOs behind cover to demand his surrender or to shoot him! Left coast loonies pointing loaded weapons with laser sights at cops! Gawd!

1) Perp is a moron with a death wish for pointing the gun in the first place?
2) Perp is a genius (relative to other morons in same situation) for dropping the gun immediately when ordered to?
