We really need to do something about all these perverts out there that are preying on our children. They will never change and never stop. When they are identified they need to be placed in a facility with others who are like them and never released. IF after a certain period of time when we have the ability to change their basic behaviour and instincts then okay but, if we discover that nothing will ever change them, dispose of them.
