Prayers for the biker and his family. Hold this dirtbag accountable to the fullest measure of the law. No pleas or deals, just hard time and lots of it.
Anyone that flees from a marked police unit should be subjected to deadly force being used against them to stop them. When they do so they are using a deadly weapon, (motor vehicle), to escape from the police. It does not matter why or what the original stop was initiated. Suddenly they are a grave danger to the public and need to be stopped immediately. I do not want to hear this garbage that they were frightened, or upset and simply did not want a ticket, they have just become a deadly danger, period. We cannot just back off and let them go as NOBODY would stop for LE again if you did that. They either stop immediately or face deadly force.
