Remember the OIG, Department of Education has Swat teams that will bust your cheating ringleaders. Not pleasant, but you were not concerned with the consequences only the reward. FAIL....

I would not be surprised if the Department of Education OIG will help turn these charges into federal felonies. This needs to be an example to others to help slow down the cheating epidemic. Let’s not forget that the schools these kids did/will apply to are federally funded or at least subsidized, the pell grants are federal money and student loans are often governmentally controlled or insured. This is a bigger deal than a crib sheet under the desk.

As long as there is testing, there will be those who will try to cheat. As for the lawyer stateing that it wasn't a criminal matter, last time I checked, fraud is a crime in all states.
