    Another possibility is a laundromat. I recall in the 1980's, there was a sleuth of broken car windows in a town. When the perp was found, he was related to an auto glass company local to the area. What better way would there be to drum up business at the laundromat than when the apartment complexes loose their machines !! LOL.
