$2500 bail or a bondsman and he still has money for beer. He has learned little.
Opps that should be law not award lol
that award needs to be changed there should be no 4 * times no license 3 times no license 2 times no license these guys need the of the road. and then you got the public why aren't the please doing this and why aren't the police doing that it's not us it's the DA and get this blame still falls on us phil
it looks like it's okay in acceptable to have been convicted 4 * for dui because there's obviously a law on the books that says when you been convicted 4 * you can only blow a .02 or lower at least that's what the story says phil
my first question is why does he have a license second question is why is there a law on the book after 4 convictions is your breathalyzer is.02 you shouldn't have a license after 4 * convicted dui's I'm still baffled how even have a license how does he have a license after 7 convictions obviously he can't learn his lesson bus pass that's what he needs not a license phil

$2,500 bail! are you kidding me. Hello NO BAIL! The judges prosecutors who keep letting this loaded cannon loose need to be held responsible. This career drunk is going to kill someone. No plea bargins this time! Maybe they need a new prosecutor to lead that department.
No deals or pleas, just prison time and lots of it.
