Well this will fill somebodies pocket with money. You figure the most important training here would be what not to say to a child. As far as the handcuffs, the Officer must have feared for his life (JOKE). I met bad kids before but usually when a male or female authority figure showed up, that was all it would take.

Amazing.Indeed the parents have a fantastic chance of winning this action.I'm just surprised it's for only 100-G's.I'm wondering if Carver school sought permission, from the school board, to hire this person. Also did this guard have a green light to conduct business in this manner?Handcuffing 6 and 7 year olds. What's next, shock treatments??Not only poor decisions but unconscionable decisions made.

So wrong in so many ways. Bump AKangel.
And of course having a School Security Guard Cuffing and escorting a minor out....for talking..... is probably breaking school policy and Company Policy. There seems to be a thin line between legal an illegal with Security not having the power of arrest, and A Faux/false Arrest that takes the minor away to me is hella close to kidnapping, no?

Physical and "psychological" abuse, if true this guard needs to be Terminated and yes their will be a pay day!
Too bad it does not come straight from this guy instead of the school.
I want to know how this was aloud to happen and how it went on for so long, Disturbing!

I can't believe someone would be so stupid as to do that. If true, there is going to be a big pay out.

Somebody is looking for a payday. It would be nice to hear the truth of the matter.
