This raises some questions.Were spike strips used?Was the horse impounded?Perchance the driver was sober and the horse was tanked.Was the horse administered field sobriety tests.?Top-Cat is correct,I resided in Pa. and Arkansas.Lot's of Amish in both and many buggy accidents.Does this mean he doesn't get to wear the suspenders and cute little hat?

He was probably talking on his cell phone while drinking. He won't be shunned until he joins the church at 21 or older. The "wilding" is an accepted part for Amish teens to decide which world they want to live in, English or Amish.
