That doesn't make sense at all. They should be the first one allowed to be there. This is sad. The mayor only wants the world to see, the positive of the sight now. Let's remember the one that lost their lives and the one that lived to tell of it. I feel bad for the survivors on that day. Their lives were changed forever and now again.
