if he wants a flag pole in his front yard. move. it is that simple. if he gets his flag, then sue ellen cries she should get to paint her house pink. it opens a door. they even gave him an alternative which he refused.
i know it is our flag, but i question his motives.

My opinion of HoAs is not a good one. I can understand no junk cars on blocks and oil stained driveways from Joe Bob and his friends souping up their hotrods or Sue Ellen painting the house pink with purple shutters. They take things way to far. I hope he wins this case. A flag pole? Really and it's flying the American flag? Wow, what a novel idea here in the good ole US of A. I also understand following rules. This man served this country and if he wants a flag pole in his front yard who is it hurting? No one, that who. I say it's making that place look better! This country needs an injection of the Red, White and Blue!
