I give the mom alot of CREDIT, she's not going into a retaliation mode causing more disturbance in the Neighborhood. I Also have to give credit for the onlooker assisting in calming the situation down, and promptly calling 911. If someone shot my kid for bumping into their car, I can't honestly say I would be that composed. This man should NEVER be on the streets EVER, EVER , EVER again.

How sick was that. The poor little 11 year old. Hope she able to recover fast, so she can go play with her friends once again.

Wow. It's rare you hear of neighborhood children allowed to play outside now a days and this mental case shoots at them.
Speedy recovery to the girl. Long stay at the mental hospital for that man.
