This is going to be an emotional court hearing for both sides, i hope the DA can get a full conviction and let justice prevail. My thoughts, he shot a cop several times, not once (to prove hesitation or fear) but several times meaning intent. He knew what he was doing and did it anyway without regard for any human life. Try him as an adult and seek the death penalty as to make an example of thie kid. Florida has seen WAY TOO much tragedy in the law enforcement community and needs to set the rules straight again, take back the streets and make a message to the thug criminal element.
