Rest in Peace Brother! You will be missed!
Dedicated to Sgt. James Timothy Chapin,
My condolences to your family, friends, and your Brothers and Sisters of the Chattanooga Police Department. May all affected find strength in the arms of our Lord.
Tennessee, the Volunteer State, has given many favorite sons and daughters who have helped pave the history of our Nation – and some of them lost their lives doing so. Sgt.Chapin, you are now among those heroes; forever, you will be a member of the elite group known as “The Pride of Tennessee.”

Let's take time to remember those who went before.
Whose lives made a difference in the world for you and me
Their courage faith and vision are the Pride of Tennessee.
When Tennessee became a State its Governor was clear,
There was no better leader than the gallant John Sevier.
From the backwoods to the Congress to his stand at the Alamo,
Davy Crockett gave his life for the country he loved so.
