Cops tusseling with Cops on camera

This is un F'N sat...Cops acting like children. So much for being professionals. This is an embarassment to cops everywhere but especially PA cops. Some of the best police officers I have ever known have been from PA. I am not at all saying that officers in Pennsylvania (my home state) can't get the job done, however the PA system as far as policing is 30 years behind the rest of the country. They need to do away with these 3 and 4 man agencies and either regionalize or go to county wide policing. This isn't Super Troopers...and it shouldn't be the way we do buisness. Unreal.
