Jeolousy is such an incredibly strong emotion - many have died at the hands of those under its influences. This Officer might have been an excellent asset to his Department in all other aspects. This is a good remember of 3 critical points which exist in the practice of Law Enforcement: (1) Relationships are fragile under the best of circumstances; LE just taxes them even more; (2) LEOs are not exempt from human feelings and when these feelings "force" you to act inappropriately it does not mean you're weak; and (3) NEVER EVER FEEL FOOLISH for seeking professional counseling if you are concerned about your own behavior - just think of it this way - if a citizen walked up to you and said, I have strong suspicion to believe that my significant other is following me with a GPS, would you say, "Well, they have an absolute right to do that;" or "Well, that's not something to take lightly. We'll inspect your vehicle and if, indeed, a GPS is attached we'll begin a formal investigation." That's the test of whether you own behavior has crossed the line. Help is out there for you. It's not worth losing the badge. In fact, I'd be very concerned if whether this former-officer's actions might just escalate. It's rather disconcerting to say the least.
Im thinking that there won't be a chance of getting back with her.

everyone would have it.
Dirtbag idiot. Glad that he is gone.
Well.. It's hard to stop playin' detective especially when the people you are dating do things that make you wonder. We deal with very negative situations and often take that home. However, all the things that make us great police officers & get us home safely can also get us into trouble.
Next time you think your lady is running around on you.. Give her one of those cell phones with that family plan that tracks your kids.. And be sure to give her access to yours while you swing by the beat wife's place! ;-)
