The officers were correct in their assessment that the employees did the right thing in their actions against this perp. I hope they hire a good lawyer and go after Walmart, they were clearly wrong in this firing.

I get the policy in regards to liability thing but in this case, I believe the actions of the 3 loss prevention associates and the store manager saved lives. I do not believe that they should have been fired. Hopefully, they will either get their jobs back or find employment elsewhere with an employer who can appreciate their dedication to protecting the lives of co-workers and customers.
