Family, friends of Sylvester Gavin question why two Garfield Heights police had to fatally shoot him four times

This typical response from the family begs the question, why were the members of this family not involved in this mans life to aid and assist him. They seem to come out of the wood work after the fact, most likely in the hopes of a payout. If this man had done what he was told to do by the officers, he would be alive today.
