This is why they have become so strong. They have no morals and are so vicious that they will kill anyone who talks to the authorities about their criminal activities, even a little 7 year old boy. Those caught that can be tied directly to these gangs should be executed immediately. It should be a crime punishable by death to just be in one of these vicious Cartels or gangs.
