Police investigate man's claim that he was beaten by Cleveland officers on New Year's Day

This citizen claims his innocence saying he didn't do anything wrong, never seen a police car the entire night, but when he wrecked his minivan, the police responded in a helicopter, that was first on scene of his collision, not pursuing him, but patrol officers jumped from their cars and beat him for sitting on the curb. Hmmmm... just a little one sided.
