Police to lose '10,000 officers by 2013'

The budget crunch is going to reduce a lot of departments around this country unless salaries are put on hold but we know that's not going to happen because all people think about now is getting paid. I remember when it wasn't about the pay but a sense of belonging to a noble profession it's not like that no more, just take a look at the school sytem around this country and we wonder why this country is falling.
