I wouldn't have a problem if they gave them a shot of battery acid in the arm. There victims didn't die a peacefull death, why should they.

You are convicted of a heinous crime and are sentenced to death. . . . NOW YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT GOES INTO YOUR BODY? WHY? Afraid it is not going to do what it is supposed to do. . . numb the pain? You are paying for a heinous crime YOU committed against a civilized society. Do you really think I'm gonna give a darn about whether you went into the next life in a peaceful means? As far as I'm concerned, they could save the money and just hang you. Then use the same rope for the next person.
