I believe that the premise behind it was that many of the illegal guns on the streets of NYC were actually purchased in Arizona. Saying it is right or wrong, but that is what the idea was.

I'm still waiting to hear why the citizens of NYC are funding investigations in Arizona. I'm thinking this police investigation was occuring just a lil out of their jurisdiction. This kind of video has been around for YEARS. Thanks for using taxpayers money when you could have google it for videos.
